How to enable Support Access?

If you need us to troubleshoot an issue on your account, please click on the avatar icon at the bottom of your dashboard and then on Profile.

From there, you can click on Edit profile and enable or disable Support Access. When enabled, our team will be able to securely log in to your account and access all of your accounts and events.

You can enable or disable support access at any time.
